My husband and son have both used it too - because it's easy and fun.   • "I purchased this item as a way to still get some exercise while healing from a broken foot. I actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Unfortunately the band/pully broke 4 months later. I gave this product 5 stars because it is a great product, and the company’s customer service is stellar! I reached out to them explaining what happened. They responded within 24 hours requesting a couple of pictures as well as information from the sticker on the leg of the item. They sent a replacement within days. I was 100% satisfied with their customer service and love this little machine. My foot has healed and I’ve been able to incorporate other cardio activities back into my workout regimen, but this one will stay in my rotation. ❤️"

  • "I took off one star simply because the resistance bands that come with it do nothing for me. I ended up removing them and using it holding two weights in my hands instead. You can't attach your own, either, otherwise I would have done that. They're just useless and don't provide much resistance at all. I have gone from 3 lb to 5 lb weights and will graduate up to 8 lb ones soon. I have bad knees but this is still a great piece of equipment to use as it doesn't hurt mine. I haven't fallen or slid on it; however, you do need to be careful getting on and off of it. The weight limit can be a downer for some, but I fit the range so it was great for me, and it has increased my core strength which benefits my learning to SUP, so it has been great."
